You can access the Smartcheck Logins setup either by logging into Smartcheck with an admin user account (if you already have one) or by opening the screen up from within SAM/Orion by going to Misc > Smartcheck > Setup and clicking the Logins button.
If logging into Smartcheck directly, as an Admin User, go to Logins:
This will display the list of current users along with the options to create New, or Modify/Delete existing ones:
Selecting New or Modify will show the following Login Details form:
You will need to provide a Name, unique Login Code and Password for the user.
If this user will be performing WOF checksheets they will require their Waka Kotahi (NZTA) Inspector Number to be entered into the Inspector Number field and the WOF Form Access tickbox must be ticked.
You can use the Active From / Active To fields to limit when the user can log in to a specific date range.
Optional: Select the Login Group if you wish to filter this user's access to Assets/Vehicles and Check Sheets allocated to specific Login Groups. For more detail on login groups see: [SAM/Orion] SmartCheck - Login Groups
Optional: Fleet Group Filter is only relevant to Orion customers with the Fleet addon, to limit access to a specific Fleet Group.
Optional: Email Results To - if you have set up email on the Company Setup page of Smartcheck (per the Setup Guide), then for any Failed checksheets, Smartcheck will send an email listing the specific checks that failed to the email address specified in this field.
The Setup Access tickbox will turn the user into an Administrator User so they can set up and configure check sheets and user accounts. Please bear in mind that Administrators cannot complete Checksheets, they can only edit/create them and view the results.
Use the View Results Only tickbox if you only want this user to be able to View Results and nothing else in your SmartCheck system. They cannot create, edit or run checksheets...only view the results of checksheets.
The bottom row of tickboxes specify which type of checksheets this user will have access to.
In the top right, you can tick the Inactive box to deactivate this user, so they can not log in.
