The Auxo Workshop subscription comes with 5 user licenses that can be assigned to your staff, so they can have their own login to your Auxo Workshop system. However, if you require additional user licenses here's how to add them to your subscription:


First, head to the Workshop Subscription page, found under Settings in the Side Menu:



There you will find the Active Users tile, click Manage Users to begin:


This will open the following screen:

1 - Standard Users: This is the standard number of users included in the Auxo Workshop subscription


2 - Additional Users: This field is editable, initially it will show your current number of additional users - if you increase or decrease this number you will need to proceed with step 3 to complete the changes


3 - Update Users Button: Once the number of additional users has been increased or decreased to your desired amount, this button will show how many active users you will have after completing the changes to your subscription, click this button to open the checkout to complete your order/transaction


Follow the on-screen checkout to complete the transaction. 


Pro Rata Charges: When increasing users, there will be an initial pro-rata charge to pay for the additional user(s) for the remainder of the current billing period, thereafter the additional user charges will just be added to your monthly subscription renewals.


When you complete the checkout transaction, a confirmation message will display on screen confirming your active user count has been updated.
