WOF Checksheets are completed in our online Smartcheck system. When these are completed, the results are transferred to the workshop's SAM or Orion Management System, where checksheets can be reviewed and printed.
For the purposes of a site audit, all the required information can be found in the respective management system.
So first you will need to confirm if it is SAM (our Workshop Management System) or Orion (our larger Dealership Management System). Then use the link in the table of contents below to locate the WOF checksheets in the appropriate system...

Understanding the 'Type' & 'Numbering Sequence' of Smartcheck Checksheets
Auxo Software provide 3 different Checksheet types, Car, Motorbike & Trailer. The type of the Checksheet that was used to for an inspection is displayed in the header of each checksheet document, e.g.:
Above, WOFCAR identifies that a Car checksheet was used for this inspection.
Our Smartcheck platform assigns a unique number to each inspection based on the type of sheet used. For example, a car inspection sheet might have the number 199, while a trailer inspection sheet might have the same number 199, but they are different types of sheets. The numbers are only repeated for different sheet types, not for the same sheet type.
