Batch errors will be sent to an email every time batches cannot be posted to Xero



Default


By default these are sent to the email address in Maintenance > System Setup > General:




Change from Default:


If you wish to you can change this to another email address


Go to Maintenance (1) > System Setup (2) > General (3) > Helpdesk Contract (4) and click on the ellipses beside Xero Interface (5)

 



Enter the email address in the field "Email for Xero Errors":
