These instructions are for logging off your SAM/Orion/Synergy session.

When to use

This can be used when you are having problems with locked sessions or if you continuously come back to the same screen when you log-on to SAM

Look at the "systray" (Icons to he left of your clock) and right click on the Citrix Workspace Icon (1), (you may need to click on the " ^ " button to see the icon), select Connection Centre (2)

Select the server name (1), then Log Off (2)

NB: this server name can be different each time you log-on

If this doesn't work please contact the help desk on +64 9 583 2455 to log you off via "Director"
