This document provides a concise guide on how to access Citrix using a web browser as an alternative, intended only for temporary use when the Citrix Workspace application is experiencing connection issues.
This method is not recommended for regular use and should only be used when connection issues occur with your Citrix Workspace.

1. Accessing Citrix via Web Browser
To access Citrix through a web browser, follow the steps below:
- Open a Browser
Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge) and navigate to:
https://auxosoftware.cloud.com - Log In to Citrix
Enter your regular Citrix Workspace login credentials. For example:businessname.workshop
- Detect Workspace
After logging in, click on the "Detect Workspace" button. - Respond to the Pop-Up
- When a pop-up appears, click "Cancel" (1).
- Then select "Already Installed" (2) to proceed.
- Access Your Landing Page
Once completed, your SAM/Orion Landing Page will load, providing you with full access to your system.
2. Limitations of Using Citrix via Web Browser
While this method grants you full access to your Citrix system, there are important limitations to be aware of:
- Printing Restrictions:
Printing directly from the system may not be possible when using a web browser. If printing is required, we recommend emailing the necessary forms or documents to yourself and printing them externally.
