1.  How to change SMS Follow-up Reminder Text

In SAM click on Maintenance (1) > System Setup (2) > Forms (3) > SMS (4) > Follow-up (5)

Change the SMS text.

A: **7** puts your business name in the SMS - it is suggested to shorten this if you have a long name due to the 160 character limit

Be aware that there is a 160 character limit

More than 160 characters will send 2 SMS messages

2.  How to change Email Follow-up Reminder Text

In SAM click on Maintenance (1) > Followup Codes (2)

Highlight the Follow-up Code (1)> Change (2)> Reminder Text (3)
